Why it’s in the Library
This title has influenced many ACIM readers because it translates difficult Course concepts into dialogue, narrative, and a strongly nondual system. It can clarify one school of interpretation concerning forgiveness, ego, reincarnation, and the unreality of separation. The Library includes it as claimed revelation and spiritual teaching with meaningful cultural reach—not as independent evidence that the reported visitors, past-life claims, cosmology, or historical assertions are factual.

Know before you begin…
The book asks readers to entertain extraordinary claims about apparitions, channeling, reincarnation, Jesus, and cosmic history that are not independently verified. Its confident account can encourage spiritual bypassing if pain, bodies, injustice, illness, or abuse are treated as merely unreal. Forgiveness must not mean denying harm, abandoning boundaries, avoiding accountability, or delaying medical and psychological care. ACIM communities also differ sharply over Renard’s authority and interpretation; resonance is not confirmation.
